About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Remote HR Specialist to support a global staffing leader. The role involves handling employee queries, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer employee questions on benefits, policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labour laws.
- Work with management to resolve workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
- Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HR information systems or databases.
