Remote Human Resources Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on shaping AI‑driven HR tools while ensuring best‑practice HR policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artefacts.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Contribute real‑world expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for process optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Willingness to learn about AI applications in HR.
