Remote Human Resources Specialist (Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the development of AI‑driven HR tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide advice on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artefacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies for clear organisational messaging.
• Contribute real‑world expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑enabled HR tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications within HR and willingness to learn.
