About the role

We are looking for a Remote Lead Qualification Specialist to engage prospective customers, assess their interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads by asking structured questions and identifying needs.
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects using internal systems.
• Document customer information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow approved call scripts, workflows, and quality standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional outreach and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile
