Remote Media Buyer - Performance Marketing & Automation

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time, fully remote Media Buyer position focused on performance marketing and marketing automation. You will plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok while building automated workflows that improve lead handling, tracking and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Build and manage automated marketing workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier and n8n
• Improve lead tracking, attribution and funnel performance through automation systems
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CPA and LTV
• Develop and test landing pages, funnels and conversion strategies
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow and follow-up automation
• Implement A/B testing across ads, funnels and creatives
• Manage budget allocation across campaigns and channels, and identify scaling opportunities

Required profile

• 2-5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel, Zapier and/or n8n for automation workflows
• Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking and CRM integration
• Experience with lead generation campaigns (B2C or B2B)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and KPIs
• Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, native ads or affiliate marketing campaigns
