About the role

We are seeking a Remote Organizational Recruiter to support company‑wide hiring efforts. The role involves screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining talent pipelines, all while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screening and outreach to build qualified talent pools.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and generate hiring reports.
• Support company recruiting campaigns and evaluate candidate qualifications and communication skills.
• Assist in continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage high‑volume recruitment.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in HR or recruiting preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
