Remote Organizational Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Organizational Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. You will identify qualified candidates, guide them through early recruitment stages, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to hiring managers while working fully remotely during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound candidate calls daily using company‑provided leads.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate experience, communication skills, and job eligibility.
• Present open positions and clearly explain career opportunities.
• Assess applicants against established hiring criteria and screening guidelines.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates on interview confirmations and hiring updates.
• Meet daily activity, screening, and scheduling targets.
• Assist with additional recruiting operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone conversations.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary & backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, sales, or call‑center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
