Remote Organizational Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Organizational Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position you will help attract, evaluate, and coordinate qualified candidates for a variety of career opportunities while ensuring a positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with applicants and prospective candidates through outbound and follow‑up calls.
• Conduct structured phone screenings and evaluate candidates against established recruitment guidelines.
• Provide accurate information about job openings, hiring timelines, and company expectations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring initiatives.
• Meet daily productivity goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Assist with additional recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and quick rapport building.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume phone screenings and outreach.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Attention to detail with accurate data‑entry skills.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, administration, or call‑center operations is a plus.
