Remote Outbound Caller – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Outbound Caller to engage prospective customers through high‑volume outbound calls. You will work from home during U.S. business hours, representing our services, generating qualified appointments, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Communicate professionally with prospects, explain services, and identify qualified opportunities.
• Schedule appointments via internal scheduling systems.
• Record call outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM.
• Follow company call guidelines, handle objections, and maintain a positive experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, meetings, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Confident, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
