Remote Patient Coordinator

About the role

Saint Visage Dental Group runs NHS and private dental practices across Scotland. Its remote team books patients in for check-ups, treatments and appointments, so dentists' diaries are full and patients receive the care they need. You will call UK patients and book them in, mostly working from lists of patients who need an appointment; your results are measured by the number of bookings you make.

Key responsibilities

• Call patients due a check-up and book them in
• Offer a hygiene appointment on the same day as their check-up
• Book patients in to finish the treatment their dentist has planned
• Rebook patients who cancelled or missed an appointment
• Call new patient enquiries from the website and adverts and book their first visit
• Take deposits for treatment and explain the booking rules clearly and politely
• Keep accurate notes in Dentally, the practice software, and send a short daily report

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English, clear, natural and easy to understand on the phone with UK patients (a must)
• A quick learner who uses feedback immediately
• Organised and accurate with dates, times and patient records
• Reliable internet connection, backup power, a quiet place to work, a laptop and a headset
• Available Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 UK time, and on Saturdays for practices that open then
• Experience in a dental or medical practice, call centre, customer service or sales, or with Dentally or similar practice software is a plus but not essential

What we offer

• Starting salary of PKR 65,000 per month, with increases based on performance and review
• Full training on Dentally and on calling UK patients, with feedback from the sales team
• Room to grow into team lead and coordinator roles as the group expands
