Senior Sales Closer - Insurance Leads

About the role

J.Sons Communications is a telemarketing services company providing freshly recorded, verified insurance leads, with campaigns tailored by region. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Closer in Islamabad to convert high-quality, pre-qualified leads into closed sales for insurance products and related services. The role works closely with calling staff and campaign managers to improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up prospects thoroughly and present solutions matched to client needs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, overcome objections and negotiate terms within defined guidelines
• Complete deal documentation and escrow-related steps accurately
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and meet or exceed performance targets
• Contribute feedback to improve lead quality and client satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven track record of converting qualified leads into completed sales
• Previous experience in insurance sales, telemarketing or financial services, preferably in a senior or closing-focused position
• Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple prospects
• Comfortable working on-site in Islamabad with ethical sales practices
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is an advantage; equivalent sales experience may substitute
