Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Remote Recruiting Manager to lead daily recruitment activities, support candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews. The role focuses on driving hiring performance, maintaining efficient processes, and delivering a professional candidate experience across our remote operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach and phone screenings as needed.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend suitable applicants.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor recruiting pipelines and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support recruiters with guidance, coaching, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and help improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and operational priorities.
• Handle additional recruitment management and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to make sound hiring recommendations based on screening criteria.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary/backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, recruiting leadership, or call‑center management (strongly preferred).
• Experience with CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment reporting tools is an advantage.
