Remote Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruitment Consultant to join our talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position you will support hiring initiatives by sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating interview processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and outreach across multiple channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow‑ups, and feedback loops.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and databases.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in recruiting or consulting is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
