Remote Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to join our talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position, you will connect qualified candidates with exciting career opportunities while working within U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company-provided lead lists.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
• Explain available positions, answer candidate questions, and recommend qualified applicants.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Meet daily recruiting, screening, and interview scheduling targets.
• Support additional recruitment projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, HR, sales, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.
