Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring team by sourcing, engaging, and screening qualified candidates through high‑volume outbound calling. The role is fully remote and follows U.S. business hours, offering the chance to work in a fast‑paced recruiting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess experience, communication skills, and job fit.
• Present job opportunities, answer candidate questions, and recommend qualified individuals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Track applicant progress and ensure timely follow‑up throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and interview scheduling targets.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable computer, mobile device, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, HR, sales, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
