Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential US‑based restaurant clients.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities.
• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain professional and consistent follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident communication skills and professional attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and remote working setup.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Previous BPO, customer support, sales, restaurant, or US campaign experience is a plus.
