Remote Senior React Native Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to lead the design and delivery of cross‑platform mobile applications for a North American client. The role is fully remote and involves owning the mobile codebase from component creation to App Store and Play Store releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to define new features and enhancements.
• Build clean, reusable, scalable components and integrate them with RESTful APIs, authentication flows and third‑party SDKs.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness and stability across both platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Manage the full release process for Apple App Store and Google Play, including CI/CD pipelines and build configurations.
• Identify and reduce technical debt while improving mobile architecture.
• Work with QA to define automated and manual testing strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on React Native.
• Proven track record of shipping production‑grade React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable, testable code.
