Remote SEO Assistant for eCommerce

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Remote SEO Assistant to support its eCommerce clients. You will work closely with the SEO and Marketing teams to execute data‑driven optimisation strategies that boost online visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform SEO audits, keyword research and on‑page content optimisation.
• Support backlink outreach and monitor site performance using Google Analytics.
• Manage product catalogs, site architecture and Shopify CMS.
• Analyse customer behaviour with Klaviyo and generate performance reports.
• Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of SEO experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Excel.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Merchant Center (preferred).
• Excellent written communication; design experience with Canva is a plus.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
