Remote Slack Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a remote Slack Support Specialist to administer and optimise Slack workspaces for a leading technology client. The contractor will help teams collaborate more efficiently by configuring Slack, building automations and integrating third‑party tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces, manage users, channels and permissions.
• Create and maintain workflow automations using Slack’s Workflow Builder or equivalent.
• Integrate Slack with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM and other platforms to streamline processes.
• Deliver virtual training and onboarding sessions for new Slack users.
• Monitor usage metrics, analyse trends and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Slack workspaces at the user level.
• Hands‑on ability to build workflow automations within Slack.
• Experience connecting Slack with third‑party applications.
• Strong remote training and documentation skills.
• Analytical mindset for usage data interpretation.
