Remote Software Developer – AI Model Training

About the role

We are seeking a remote Software Developer on a contract basis to design, build, and optimise core components for AI model training and evaluation. You will work independently while collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver high‑quality, scalable software that powers next‑generation AI solutions across finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement maintainable, high‑performance code.
• Translate technical requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document code, processes, and methodologies for transparency and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and optimising scalable software systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, testing, and documentation.
