Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely and support a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. You will partner with hiring managers, manage full‑cycle recruiting, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
