About the role
We are seeking a Remote Talent Coordinator to support our hiring initiatives across U.S. business hours. In this fully remote position, you will act as a liaison between candidates and recruiters, ensuring smooth scheduling and a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain recruitment schedules.
- Manage ATS pipelines and keep candidate records up to date.
- Assist recruiters with day‑to‑day hiring operations.
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the process.
- Track recruitment activity and provide scheduling updates.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in recruiting or HR coordination is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable home office setup.
