About the role

We are seeking a Remote Talent Coordinator to support our hiring initiatives across U.S. business hours. In this fully remote position, you will act as a liaison between candidates and recruiters, ensuring smooth scheduling and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain recruitment schedules.
• Manage ATS pipelines and keep candidate records up to date.
• Assist recruiters with day‑to‑day hiring operations.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the process.
• Track recruitment activity and provide scheduling updates.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in recruiting or HR coordination is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable home office setup.
