Remote Talent Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, people‑focused Remote Talent Coordinator to join our recruitment team. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from initial outreach to interview scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company‑provided candidate leads.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
• Explain career opportunities, answer candidate questions, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Schedule interviews, coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Track interview schedules, provide timely updates, and confirm appointments.
• Meet daily recruiting activity and interview‑scheduling targets.
• Support additional recruitment coordination and administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary & backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, call‑center operations, or HR is preferred but not required.
