Remote Talent Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Remote Talent Coordinator to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role you will manage candidate communication, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants about open positions and career opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and job readiness.
• Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the ATS and CRM.
• Follow up with candidates on interview confirmations and recruitment status.
• Support organized talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet daily productivity targets for outreach, screenings, and coordination.
• Assist with additional talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and solid administrative coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable primary and backup internet connection.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent coordination, HR, customer service, administration, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.
