Remote Tax Accountant (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Tax Accountant to join a global financial services leader on a contract basis. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while providing tax compliance, advisory, and reporting services to a diverse client base across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Deliver tax planning and advisory services aimed at optimizing clients' financial positions.
• Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Represent clients during audits and communicate with tax authorities on their behalf.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Required skills

• ProSeries tax software.
• Drake tax software.
