Reservations Executive (Ticketing) - Umrah & Hajj

About the role
This position handles air ticket bookings for Umrah and Hajj groups and individual travellers. You will work closely with the sales team and airline partners to secure the right seats at the right fare, on time.
Key responsibilities
- Book, reissue and refund tickets on the GDS for groups and individuals
- Hold and confirm group seats for Umrah departures
- Share fares and itineraries with the sales team and clients quickly
- Track ticketing deadlines so no booking expires
- Keep booking records and daily sales reports up to date
Required profile
- 2-3 years of ticketing experience in a travel company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Clear spoken English and Urdu; Arabic is a plus
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
- Good understanding of Umrah group bookings and airline fare rules
