About the role
We are looking for a Resident Creator to join our Creative Studio. You will be responsible for producing the next viral video for any recognizable brand, using only a phone and simple edits, while leveraging AI tools when appropriate.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and produce a short, viral‑ready video for a chosen brand.
- Film the content entirely on a mobile device and apply simple editing techniques.
- Incorporate AI‑generated elements to enhance creativity.
- Explain which country and platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn) the video is likely to go viral on and why.
- Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to develop systems, formats, and instincts that turn brand channels into growth engines.
Required profile
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for viral content.
- Ability to work independently without a traditional CV.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics.
Required skills
- Mobile video editing.
- Use of AI video generation tools.
