About the role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to promote our medical‑device portfolio across pharmacies. The role involves daily visits to assigned outlets, building strong relationships with pharmacy owners, and ensuring our products are well‑displayed and stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned pharmacies daily according to a route plan.
- Promote and sell company medical‑device products to pharmacy retailers.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at pharmacy counters.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Take orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and guarantee product availability.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain good relationships with pharmacy owners and staff.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
Required profile
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmacy.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
