Retail Salesperson – Electronics

About the role

AYS Electronics, a leading electronics retailer in Pakistan, is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its Peshawar store. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively promoting electronic products and closing transactions.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well‑stocked.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and negotiation abilities to meet targets.
• Knowledge of electronic products and current market trends.
• Basic proficiency in inventory management and transaction handling.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced retail environment and as part of a team.
• FA/FSc or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail sales experience, especially in electronics, is a plus.
