Retail Store Manager – Full-time On-site Role in Karachi

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager to lead our Karachi location. The manager will be responsible for daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily financial reconciliation.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach and schedule store staff, monitor performance and handle escalated customer issues.
• Track store performance metrics, prepare regular reports and coordinate promotions with head office.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations and health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management or a supervisory role in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service, sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective communication in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
