About the role

Prime Brands Distribution seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of its luxury perfumery chain, Essences De Paris, located in Brands Village, Sialkot. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock management efficiently.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure an exceptional in‑store customer experience and handle feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams for campaigns and displays.
• Train and manage retail staff while maintaining operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of retail/store management experience in a key role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.

Required skills
