Revenue Manager – Short-Term Rental & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Revenue Manager to drive pricing strategy and maximise profitability across our short‑term rental portfolio in Lahore. The role combines market analysis, dynamic pricing and close collaboration with operations and marketing teams to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Set and adjust dynamic pricing on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com to maximise daily and monthly revenue.
• Monitor occupancy, pacing, booking windows and market trends to proactively optimise performance.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis, including rate comparisons, seasonality trends and demand forecasting.
• Manage calendars, availability and minimum‑stay rules for strategic inventory control.
• Review listing performance and recommend improvements to pricing, visibility and conversion.
• Generate revenue reports and forecasts covering ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing and market‑driven projections.
• Communicate pricing updates, trends and strategy recommendations to property owners or stakeholders.
• Collaborate with guest support, operations and marketing teams to ensure cohesive pricing and inventory execution.

Required profile

• Experience in revenue management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or property management.
• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing strategies and market demand analysis.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
