Revenue Officer

About the role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA), which is being set up to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem through better regulation, facilitation and modernisation of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will join NAFSA's foundational team, helping build its systems, processes and institutional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end billing, invoicing and collection of NAFSA service fees and receipts in line with approved fee schedules, rules and internal SOPs.
• Prepare invoices and bills, maintain billing trackers and ensure accurate fee computation, complete supporting documents and timely issuance.
• Maintain revenue registers covering invoices raised, receipts collected, outstanding receivables, exemptions/waivers and adjustments, keeping records traceable and audit-ready.
• Reconcile receipts with bank deposits and operational data such as inspection, certification and permit transactions, and prepare periodic reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with operational units to obtain fee assessment inputs, validate transaction data and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, coordinate reminders and escalate persistent overdue cases to the Deputy Director.
• Support month-end and periodic closing with schedules, aging reports and documentation for reporting and financial statements.
• Maintain full documentation and audit trails, including approvals, correspondence, reconciliations and deposit evidence, and support audit queries.
• Help prepare periodic revenue performance reports and dashboards on collection trends, receivables aging and variances versus estimates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum sixteen years) in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in revenue, collections or accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Record-keeping.
