Reviews Associate

About the role

Software Finder, a B2B SaaS marketplace that helps businesses find and compare software, is looking for a Review Associate to refine and enhance user-generated reviews. The role suits someone with strong written and verbal English, a keen eye for detail and the ability to take initiative on writing-related tasks such as drafting proposals, guides and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and edit user-generated reviews, improving clarity, accuracy, grammar and a natural, human-like flow.
• Copy and maintain all required data accurately in Excel sheets.
• Use AI tools and refined prompts to rewrite reviews into a first-person, professional and engaging tone.
• Identify and remove AI-generated phrasing, repetitive language and any sensitive or offensive content.
• Create accurate, creative titles that match the review content.
• Maintain consistent tone, structure and editorial style across all reviews, following company and brand guidelines.
• Work in Excel to populate, review and format master sheets while ensuring data integrity.
• Improve AI prompts and editorial workflows, and collaborate with the team to resolve inconsistencies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing, editing or a similar role; prior experience in reviews editing is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong time management.
• Ability to mentor Reviews Analysts when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, especially for editing and managing text-heavy spreadsheets.
• Editing and proofreading, and the ability to spot and remove AI-generated phrasing.
• Ability to maintain reports, track progress and assess performance.
