Rider Operations Executive - US Last Mile Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Rider Operations Executive to manage and optimise last‑mile delivery operations for our US‑based clients from our Karachi hub. The role involves coordinating drivers, overseeing daily centre activities and ensuring timely, efficient deliveries while working in rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, including load distribution and route planning.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays and escalations promptly.
• Monitor load management to ensure timely and efficient dispatches.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driver performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (e.g., 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM & 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
• Excellent problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
