Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist with 5–10 years of hands‑on reporting and analytics experience. The role involves designing, building and maintaining dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports natively in Sage Intacct for a US‑based client across finance, operations, sales and other functions. The specialist will work US Central Time Zone hours, primarily from Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Sage Intacct dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Visual Explorer views and Financial Report Writer from requirements through rollout.
• Gather reporting requirements from department heads, interview stakeholders and define key metrics.
• Own the Sage Intacct dimension structure and chart of accounts to ensure consolidated reporting aligns with the general ledger.
• Automate report delivery via scheduled runs, dashboard subscriptions and Smart Events/alerts.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day reporting lead for the US client, presenting dashboards and handling change requests.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of senior‑level reporting and analytics experience, with expert‑level Sage Intacct reporting build expertise.
• Strong command of the Sage Intacct dimension model and multi‑entity consolidated reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with proven experience communicating directly with US clients.
