Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist

About the role

A US-based client is looking for a Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist to design and deliver the reporting layer across finance, operations, sales and other functions. The role is full-time, based in Lahore (remote within Pakistan considered for an exceptional candidate), and works US Central Time hours. Candidates with 5-10 years of hands-on reporting and analytics experience are sought, with deep, demonstrable expertise building dashboards and reports natively in Sage Intacct (2026 R3 or earlier).

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports in Sage Intacct, from requirements through rollout and user adoption.
• Deliver reporting across all functions, including operational, sales and departmental reports alongside P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and budget vs actual.
• Gather requirements with department heads and process owners, defining the metrics that matter and challenging requests that will not stand up in practice.
• Own the Sage Intacct reporting foundation: dimension structure, chart of accounts and account groups, so entity-level and consolidated views reconcile to the general ledger.
• Automate delivery and monitoring with scheduled report runs, dashboard subscriptions and Smart Events / alerts.
• Serve as reporting lead and day-to-day point of contact for the US client, presenting dashboards and handling change requests during US Central Time hours.
• Extend reporting beyond Sage Intacct where needed, using Excel, the Sage Intacct Web Services API or Power BI to combine Sage data with other sources.
• Set reporting standards, data validation checks, user training and documentation, and continuously improve report performance, accuracy and usability.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of hands-on reporting and analytics experience, including senior-level ownership of reporting solutions.
• Expert-level Sage Intacct reporting build experience (Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, Financial Report Writer, account groups, computations and filters).
• Strong command of the Sage Intacct dimension model and multi-entity / consolidated reporting.
• Business analysis or finance/accounting background, with working financial literacy and the ability to run requirements sessions with non-finance departments.
• Proven direct communication with US clients, excellent spoken and written English, and a professional client-facing manner.
• Immediate start preferred; part-time during a notice period then full-time is possible.
• Willingness to provide a police character certificate and background and reference verification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; Sage Intacct certification, Microsoft PL-300 or ACCA/CA/CMA preferred.

What we offer

• Salary of USD 700-1,600 per month depending on experience
• Working hours of 8 AM-5 PM US Central Time, with a 1-hour dinner break and two 15-minute breaks
• Interview of 2-3 rounds, with the final round directly with the US client/manager
