Sales Administrator

About the role

Changan Bahawalpur Motors is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of its vehicle sales team in Bahawalpur. The role keeps customer and sales records accurate, coordinates paperwork and gives sales staff timely administrative support through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and organise sales documents, customer files, quotations and vehicle delivery paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, orders, payments and sales activity in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, finance and other dealership teams to track order status and fix documentation gaps.
• Answer routine customer and internal queries and route sales opportunities to the right team member.
• Prepare regular sales reports and help with data entry, filing and reconciliation of sales records.
• Support scheduling and coordination of customer appointments, vehicle handovers and sales-team activities.
• Handle customer and commercial information discreetly and follow dealership procedures.

Required profile

• Organised, dependable and able to work accurately in a busy dealership environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to handle routine inquiries courteously.
• Reliability, discretion with confidential information and willingness to learn dealership sales processes.

Required skills

• Strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email and routine office recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership management systems is an advantage.
• Good organisation, prioritisation and time management in a deadline-driven setting.
