About the role

Stonebird Chemicals is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive growth in the construction and building material market. The role involves generating leads, managing client interactions, and closing sales while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in the construction and building material sectors.
• Present product offerings clearly and understand client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
• Handle price and terms objections with persuasive communication.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in sales and recovery within the construction or building material market.
• Strong vocal presence and confidence to represent the company effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
