Sales and Business Development Executive

About the role

3Scale Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on generating international business opportunities for software development, web development, AI, and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, email and other lead‑generation channels.
• Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals on Upwork and tailor them to client needs.
• Qualify, nurture and convert leads into long‑term business relationships.
• Conduct targeted outreach, manage follow‑ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Handle client communication, negotiations and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams for project scoping and smooth handover.
• Work toward defined business‑development targets and report progress.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email prospecting.
• Proven ability to generate, qualify and nurture leads.
• Experience managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Comfortable working with international clients and coordinating with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of market research and digital‑marketing fundamentals.
