Sales and Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Aims & Desire LLC is looking for a Sales and Dispatch Coordinator in Lahore. The role coordinates and optimizes the scheduling of shipments and deliveries while keeping strong customer relationships, working closely with the sales and logistics teams to monitor shipment status, update records and optimize routes for timely, cost-effective deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules so goods and services are delivered on time.
• Develop and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Manage and monitor inventory and shipment tracking using Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, giving customers regular updates on shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to keep communication and workflow smooth.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and inventory updates as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for dispatch and sales operations.
