Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

FNC Vintage is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead our Instagram presence and convert followers into customers. You will combine creative content production with proactive outreach to resellers, vintage shops, and buyers across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh Instagram content ideas, design posts, carousels, Stories and Reel covers, and manage a weekly content calendar to grow reach, followers and engagement.
• Identify and contact potential resellers and buyers on Instagram, Depop, Vinted and other platforms, handle inquiries, share catalogues and support order closing.

Required profile

• Constantly spotting trends and generating content ideas for a fashion‑focused audience.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to brief photographers on styling and composition.
• Proven experience growing an Instagram page, either personal or for a brand.
• Excellent written English for communication with customers in the UK, Europe and the US.
• Confident in messaging strangers and following up without being pushy.

Required skills

• Design tools: Canva, Photoshop or similar.
• Instagram platform knowledge, including Insights, hashtags, audio trends and collaboration tactics.
