LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

About the role

The LinkedIn Outreach Specialist will identify and engage potential clients and partners on LinkedIn daily. This full‑time, on‑site position supports lead generation and brand visibility for Lime Software Logics.

Key responsibilities

• Send personalized connection requests and messages to prospects.
• Maintain a structured outreach pipeline and track outreach metrics.
• Manage and optimise LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
• Research target audiences, industries and decision‑makers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for professional messaging and relationship building.
• Experience in customer service, community outreach or similar roles.
• Research ability to identify relevant prospects on LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes and CRM/lead‑tracking tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and manage multiple campaigns.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, features and best practices for outreach.
• Writing skills to craft concise, personalized messages and follow‑ups.
