Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Consultant

About the role

Aqua Heights Properties, a Karachi-based real estate brokerage and property consultancy based in Clifton, is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives / Property Consultants on a 100% commission basis. The position is open to fresh candidates as well as those with previous experience, and covers residential, commercial and rental properties in Clifton and DHA, as well as Dubai off-plan projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property clients and handle buyer and seller inquiries
• Arrange property viewings and client meetings, and present suitable properties and investment opportunities
• Negotiate with clients and property owners and follow up with leads
• Maintain client relationships and successfully close property transactions

Required profile

• Previous real estate or property sales experience preferred; fresh candidates with strong sales and communication skills may also apply
• Knowledge of the Clifton/DHA property market is preferred; knowledge of Karachi property markets or the ability to build it quickly is required
• Experience with new projects or Dubai real estate is an advantage

Required skills

• Lead generation, prospecting and deal closing
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-dealing skills
• Consultative selling and clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to arrange viewings, follow up prospects and manage the sales pipeline
