Sales Associate – Retail Stationery

About the role

Style Stationers is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate to join its Faisalabad store. You will greet customers, understand their needs and recommend the right stationery products to help them create organized, productive workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Present product features and benefits, upsell where appropriate, and process sales transactions.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing display area and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with the inventory team, update customers on promotions and provide after‑sales support.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and contribute to meeting store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and computer ability for billing and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for managing displays and stock.
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in stationery or office supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Faisalabad, including weekends or extended hours.
