Sales Closer & Strategist (Outbound Sales)

About the role

The Sales Closer & Strategist will lead outbound prospecting for digital marketing and web development services, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and guiding prospects through the sales process to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through outbound outreach.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Prepare and present tailored service proposals.
• Negotiate terms, manage escrow processes and close deals.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead‑generation strategies.
• Provide market feedback to refine sales approaches.
• Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to the delivery team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven track record of closing deals, preferably in digital marketing or web development.
• Experience with escrow or similar transactional frameworks.
• 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, prioritize leads and manage a pipeline.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant education in Business or Marketing is a plus.
