Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our property sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options, demonstrations, site visits and ultimately closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
• Provide thorough briefings on relevant properties and conduct product demonstrations.
• Arrange and lead site visits, ensuring a professional experience.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and secure timely closures.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
