Sales Consultant

About the role

Roshni Centre, a spiritual consultancy platform with over 7 million followers across social media, is hiring a Sales Consultant in Karachi. The consultant is the first point of contact for incoming clients: they listen carefully, record case details accurately, manage the intake process and ensure good client care with timely follow-ups. It is a people-focused role requiring integrity, empathy and strong organisational discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone and WhatsApp.
• Listen actively and document client information and concerns.
• Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM / case sheet.
• Provide timely client support and schedule follow-ups.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets and service SLAs.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent listening skills, with a 70% listening / 30% questioning approach.
• Calm, polite, emotionally intelligent and patient.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• Honest, punctual and committed to confidentiality and quality.

Required skills

• Comfortable using WhatsApp.
• Basic use of Google Sheets and a CRM.

• Pay of PKR 50,000 depending on experience.
