Sales Consultant / Relationship Manager - Off-Plan Residential

About the role

J7 Group, a luxury real estate developer in Islamabad known for branded residences and mixed-use towers, is hiring Sales Consultants / Relationship Managers. You will sell premium off-plan residential properties to investors and end-user clients, match their needs with available inventory and new launches, and interact daily with potential buyers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell premium off-plan residential projects and generate leads.
• Conduct site viewings, give project presentations and hold virtual and in-person client consultations.
• Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients, brokers and dealers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong, long-term broker relationships to drive partnerships and repeat business.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in real estate development sales.
• Proven track record of selling off-plan properties.
• Established network of 150+ agencies and brokers.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM.
