Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist to join Druglift, a fast‑growing healthcare logistics and patient support company. In this role you will engage prospective pharmacy clients, present our delivery coordination and technology solutions, and guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective pharmacy customers and introduce Druglift’s services.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers and schedule sales meetings.
• Convert prospects into active customers by highlighting benefits and handling objections.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, assist with account setup, and provide training to new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly targets for both sales conversions and successful onboarding.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Strong persuasion, relationship‑building, and independent work capabilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic computer proficiency.
